How to let us know how we can improve
Open the drop-down menu under your name in the top-right section of the navigation menu and choose the "Feedback" option.
This will automatically log you into our product feedback site where you can submit any ideas you have about improving our website, service, or policies. You'll also be able to view ideas from other users and vote on the ones you like.
Your feedback will help inform our product roadmap
As new ideas get added and voted on, our product team will reach out to customers to gain deeper insights and identify solutions. As ideas are reviewed by our product team and move into development, customers will get notified of status changes via email.
So, if you have an idea that you think will improve our service - we're all ears!
