I think Text-Em-All is great at getting messages out to customers quickly and easily. When we have a large amount of customers we need to contact with the same message it works fantastic.

Overall Text-Em-All handles a one to many broadcasting system extremely well. It manages subscriptions well allowing members to opt out and helps organization see participation and whether messages are being delivered or not. 

Text-Em-All has allowed me to schedule text messages to our church family over the weekend to remind them of important events since our offices are closed Friday-Saturday. The scheduling feature is what has "sold" me on using this over the texting application within our current database system.
