We believe we can make a difference together.

At Text-Em-All, we want to use our powers for good and believe our purpose is to make a positive impact on our customers, employees, and the community. In light of that, we focus on giving back to the North Dallas community both financially and through service opportunities.

Quarterly Contributions

Every quarter, each full-time employee gets $1,000 to allocate across five local 501(c)3 organizations however they would like. It's among our employees' favorite benefits.

Volunteer Time Off

 We give all employees 1 week of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) per year to spend with organizations and causes they want to support in the community.

We come alongside our employees to help support the unique causes they feel passionate about by matching all donations full-time employees contribute to 501(c)3 organizations.

Frisco Family Services

Frisco Family Services helps members of our communities who are facing hunger, homelessness, and other urgent needs improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency. Every summer, we partner with Frisco Family Services to help volunteer and pass out school supplies, new clothing, and goodies at their Back2School Fun Fair.

Genesis Women's Shelter

Genesis Women's Shelter provides safety, shelter, and support for women who have experienced domestic violence and to raise awareness regarding its cause, prevalence, and impact. They also support their clients with counseling, exit planning, and legal services.

North Texas Food Bank

Founded in 1982, the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a non-profit hunger relief organization that distributes donated, purchased, and prepared foods through a network of more than 200 Parter Agencies in 13 Texas counties. Today, nearly 40 years later, the NTFB is still supported by a generous and compassionate community that cares deeply about helping North Texans achieve food security.

Senior Source

The mission of The Senior Source is to enhance the overall quality of life and empower all older adults in the greater Dallas area to thrive. Every December, we partner with The Senior Source to create memorable holiday experiences for seniors in need. Whether dressing up as Santa or playing bingo, it puts a smile on everyone's faces.

The Text-Em-All Founders Scholarship is a natural extension of the founder's vision and purpose to positively impact the community.

The Text-Em-All's Founder's Scholarship is annually awarded to a Texas high school or undergraduate student who exemplifies our values in their life and studies.
