Are there limits on how many people I can send a message to at once?
It depends. For Pay-As-You-Go accounts, you can send a message to as many contacts as you wish. For Monthly accounts, there are limits, but our support team will work with you to determine the best group size.

Do you offer two-way communication?
Yes! We offer two-way communication that can be managed in your account Inbox. All incoming messages are free, and each outbound response will use the corresponding amount of credits.
